Where We Ship:

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Poland, Czech, Ireland, Canada, Denmark, Greece, Hungary, Italy, New Zealand, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia.

Processing Time:

Your order will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time:

Once your order has been processed, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days.

Tracking Information:

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the website of the relevant carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail).

Unattended Parcels:

If we have dispatched your parcel, and you are not home to receive the parcel, your parcel may be taken to a post office for your collection. We will notify you twice via email that your order is awaiting collection. Failure on your part to collect your parcel, will result in the courier returning your order to us. We cannot refund orders in this scenario if we have attempted contact with you and you do not engage.

Delays:

Although we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays may sometimes occur beyond our control (for example due to carrier congestion or unforeseen circumstances). We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Orders placed after 11:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.

At Haus Der Kleidung, we carefully select quality fabrics designed to be enjoyed for years to come. To preserve the fit, colour, and finish of your garments, we recommend following the care instructions provided with each item. Every garment includes its own material composition and care label with specific washing and handling instructions, as different fabrics require different levels of care. Following these instructions will help keep your pieces looking their best for longer.

You have 30 business days to return an item. Items must be in their original condition and, where applicable, with the original tags attached.
